Our culture puts a lot of pressure on mamas like you to “do it all.” Mum’s are spending more time at work and taking care of children than ever before, and the household chores are never ending.
And if you can’t “do it all”? There comes the mum shame. But we’re here to tell you the truth. No one can do it all. Sorry mama, but no one is perfect, and it’s tough! It is, oh so tough!

It’s time to learn how to ask for support, and how to manage all the stresses of day-to-day life with your kids. It all starts with one important realization...
Asking for help is a sign of strength, not a sign of weakness.
Sleepless nights? Nappies to change? Bottles to clean? Uniform to wash? School run? All the different things you have to manage throughout your days can cause you to become overwhelmed, sometimes feeling that your life is out of your own control.
You feel that it's all your responsibility, and that if you need support, you are burdening others, or showing that you can’t “do it all.”
Remember: Asking for help is a sign of strength, not a sign of weakness.
It’s time to reclaim your time as a human being. Yes, you Mama. You’re still you, you just need to find you again. Change your mindset, and quit trying to attain the unattainable.
It can be scary asking for help, but it’s a fear worth overcoming. Burnout is real, and burnout will not only effect your mental and physical health, but the relationship you have with your child/ren. Though it may not seem like it, most people love to help.
One way to identify your own needs is to take a moment to write down a list of what causes you to feel overwhelmed. Is it when you come home to a cluttered house? When you open the fridge and there is no food? Then, identify people who could offer support in those areas.
